If you have any dissatisfaction with the purchased jewelry products, we will provide you with a proper solution through a clear and convenient return and exchange process to safeguard your consumer rights.
General Return Rules
1. Return Time Limit and Basic Requirements:
Within 30 days from the date you receive the jewelry products, you can apply for a no-reason return (except for custom-made jewelry, see below); The returned jewelry must be in a brand-new and unworn state, without scratches, deformations, or oxidation marks, and the original packaging (such as jewelry boxes, dust bags, certificates) and accessories (such as warranty cards, gifts) must be intact and not affect secondary sales; If you return due to personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size or changing your style preference), the return shipping cost must be borne by you; if you return due to product quality issues (such as damage or craftsmanship flaws upon receipt), we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Return Process
1. Apply for Return: Send an email to the customer service email (support@nutrocy.com), stating your order number, the name/type of the jewelry to be returned, and the reason for the return (for quality issues, please attach a product photo)
2.Obtain Return Label: We will review your application within 1-2 working days. If approved, we will send a dedicated return label to your email. Please print it and attach it to the outer layer of the return package
3.Return the Product: Send the returned product to the address provided in the email. It is recommended to choose a trackable logistics service (such as SF Express, FedEx), and keep the logistics tracking number for future inquiries
4.Review and Refund: After receiving the return, we will inspect the product within 3 working days. If it meets the return requirements, we will initiate a refund according to your original payment method. The refund arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform (such as credit card), usually 3-7 working days.

2.If you purchase products from our authorized partner retailers, you need to contact the retailer directly to handle the return and exchange, and this policy does not apply; 3.
