Order Delivery: The Entire Process from Processing to Delivery
Your order delivery will go through two key stages: "Processing" and "Shipping". The specific timeframes are as follows:

1. Order Processing Stage
After placing an order and completing the payment, we will verify the order, cut the materials, conduct multiple rounds of quality checks, and package the jewelry professionally to ensure that each piece meets the quality standards. Generally, after completing these processes, all orders will be transferred to the cooperating manufacturer within 72 hours and enter the shipping phase.
2. International Shipping Timelines (including standard safe transportation and insurance services)
The shipping time in different regions may vary slightly, and all are based on the premise that the goods are in stock:
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and European regions: After shipment, the package is expected to arrive at your hands within 2-4 weeks;
Other countries/regions: Due to the influence of cross-border logistics links, the delivery time is expected to be 2-5 weeks.

Two Transportation Services: Safety and Priority Options Available,We offer two transportation plans to meet your different needs:

1. Standard Safe Transportation and Insurance Service
When this service is selected by default, your package already includes transportation insurance: If there is loss or damage during transportation, only provide valid proof materials (such as damaged package photos, logistics records, etc.), and we will re-send the same product for you for free without any additional charges.
2. Priority Insurance Transportation Service
After selecting this service, your order will be included in the daily priority processing queue and will be prioritized for transfer to the manufacturer for shipment. However, note that due to the daily order volume, the final delivery time is usually similar to the standard transportation, but your goods still enjoy full transportation insurance, and the safety is not affected.
In addition, some products may be shipped separately due to the distribution of inventory in different warehouses, so the arrival times of each package may vary. We will inform you of the separate shipping details via email before shipment.

Order Tracking: Patiently Wait for Information Updates

After the order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your reserved email. However, be aware that the tracking number is not updated in real time and usually takes several days to a week for the logistics information to be fully displayed on the third-party tracking platform. You can query the latest progress by entering the tracking number at https://17track.net.

Special Note: In some countries/regions, due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance and local logistics scheduling, the actual shipping time may exceed the estimated time. If such a situation occurs, you can contact us at any time to assist with the query.

Order Changes: Only Available within 24 Hours

If you need to modify the order information (such as size, color, delivery address, etc.), please send an email to support@nutrocy.com within 24 hours after placing the order. As long as the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you in completing the modification.
Once the order enters the shipping phase, information adjustments cannot be made. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully confirm key options such as size, color, etc. when placing the order to avoid affecting your receiving experience due to information discrepancies.
Finally, if the order shipping time is slightly delayed due to large order volumes, please understand: We always prioritize quality, and each piece of jewelry must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that the goods you receive meet your expectations. Thank you for your patience and trust!
